Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription licence to use the software on up to two machines, tied to a single person or business entity.
Install the software on computers you own or control, and use it for personal projects, your own business, and client or agency work.
You may not resell or redistribute licenses, share your key publicly, reverse engineer the software, or use it in ways that violate Google's terms and policies.
Future updates to the software are included with your license. Major new versions that require significant infrastructure changes may be offered as a separate upgrade purchase.
A license may be active on at most two machines at once. To move to a new machine, deactivate an existing installation first, then activate on the new one with the same key.
Sales are generally final. If the product does not work for you and we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund at our discretion within seven days of purchase.
The software interacts with third-party services (such as Google Maps, Anthropic, Lemon Squeezy, and GitHub). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service.
The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of ranking results or fitness for any particular purpose.
Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
