Digital Growth Services is built around a simple premise: your data belongs on your computer, not on ours. This policy explains what stays local, and the narrow cases where any data leaves your machine.
All scan data — projects, results, rankings, competitor information, and history — is stored locally on your computer. None of it is ever transmitted to us. We couldn't look at your scan data if we wanted to; we have no server that receives it.
When you activate the app, your license key and a machine identifier are sent to Lemon Squeezy's licensing API to validate the activation. No scan data or business information is included in that request.
Rank checks connect directly from your computer to Google Maps. We do not proxy, intercept, or log those requests in any way.
If you enable AI action briefs, your scan report is sent directly from your machine to Anthropic using your own API key. We never see your key or the contents of those requests.
The application contains no analytics, no crash reporting, and no telemetry. We collect nothing about how you use the app or who your clients are.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive only what's needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, and the license key issued to you. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy governs the payment details they handle.
The app checks GitHub Releases for new versions. That check transmits only your current app version and operating system — no personal information.
